CCP isn't going to answer, they are just going to fix it so you can't do it, quite possibly in the extended downtime today, and never speak of it, that way you have to watch the monocle advertisements that they will make.

Easy.... google "rad game tools". Download it, install it and and use it to convert your favourite videos to .blk files.
Then throw them to "CCP\EVE\res\video\cq".
Not an exploit since you do not interfere with the client code. you just add some files in the playlist queue
Not necessarily an exploit, but still against EULA by modifying the game files, until otherwise noted by CCP, which I doubt will ever happen.
